Our Cabinet Painting Process
Our kitchen cabinet painting process is a very unique one! Have you ever wondered what could be possible if a company was able to provide a manufacturer grade finish just by painting your kitchen cabinets?
That’s right, you could literally transform the layout and energy vibe of your kitchen at a fraction of the cost. Our unique process is a 12 step process that involves cleaning, degreasing, sanding, vacuuming, and tacking the surfaces before primer, after primer, and in between all finish coats.
Our kitchen cabinets are spray finish only! We work our way up to an incredibly fine 320 grit sandpaper, which is one of the contributors to our ultra smooth coating. Although our preparation is long and in depth, it can be very common from company to company, which is why we chose a high end industrial coating product to set our company apart from our competition. The coatings we use have a much higher durability than the trim enamel products frequently used on kitchen cabinets. We use a solvent based primer (Centurion Vinyl Seal Primer) that promotes excellent adhesion and durability, and we also use a highly durable European coating product (Milesi) that has incredible cure times, lays more smooth, and ultimately has a better endurance for high traffic areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.
Our team has been making high end finishes a reality for a large portion of our customers which is why a lot of our customers decide to paint their kitchen cabinets instead of purchasing brand new ones.
