Our painters are the ones out there talking with our customers, leading projects, beating budgets, producing immaculate work, and working their tails off to make our customers happy. At Bella’s Army, we strive for excellence. Part-Time Painter
All part-time employees are expected to work minimum 20 hours per week, not exceeding 35 hours. Most of our part-time painters work multiple jobs and eventually transition into a full-time painter.
Full-Time Painter
All full-time employees are expected to work 40 hours per week, and there are always opportunities for overtime work if preferred. Positions include, but are not limited to, Apprentice Painter and Project Leader.
Cabinet Painter
This full-time position is for the highly skilled painter who understands the process, tools, and techniques that are required for painting cabinets. Previous cabinet painting experience is preferred but not required.
Health, Vision, And Dental insurance, plus 401k retirement plan
All full-time painters are eligible for a benefits package after their introductory periods are completed. This includes health insurance through UPMC, dental, and Vision.
