Why Our Cabinet Work Doesn't Chip, Peel, or Look DIY

It’s not the paint. It’s the process behind it.

🔬

12-Step Process

Clean, degrease, sand, prime, sand again, tack, spray, cure, repeat. Skip any step and the finish fails. We don’t skip steps.

💨

Spray Finish, Not Brush

We spray in a controlled environment for a factory-smooth finish. No brush marks. No roller stipple. Looks like it came from the factory.

🛡️

Built for Kitchen Life

Cured coating handles grease splatter, steam, daily cleaning, and the occasional kid with a crayon. This is a finish, not a paint job.

Our Cabinet Painting Process

Most kitchens are back in full use within 5 to 7 days.

1

Estimate & Color

We measure, count doors and drawers, and help you pick a color that fits your kitchen and home.

2

Remove & Label

Doors, drawer fronts, and hardware come off. Everything gets labeled so it goes back exactly where it started.

3

Spray Booth Finish

Doors go to our spray setup. Prime, sand, spray, sand, spray. Boxes get the same treatment on-site.

4

Reinstall + Final Walk

Hardware reinstalled, doors rehung, adjusted, and walked through with you. Looks brand new.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does cabinet painting take?

Most kitchens are back in full use within 5 to 7 days. Larger kitchens with more doors may take up to 10 days. We'll give you a firm timeline at the estimate.

How does the cost compare to replacing cabinets?

Cabinet painting is typically 20-40% of the cost of full replacement — same visual transformation, no demo, no plumbing, no tile rework.

What colors can you do?

Any color you can dream up. We do a lot of whites, deep blues, sage greens, and classic grays. We'll help you pick during the estimate.

Will the paint chip or peel?

Not if the prep is done right. Our 12-step process is specifically designed to prevent chipping. That's why we use a spray booth and multiple cured coats.

Do you also paint hardware?

We don't paint hardware — it tends to look dated fast. We recommend swapping for new hardware (we can source it) or keeping your existing pieces.
